Muse released their 6th studio album, "The 2nd Law" ♫

First released on October the 1st in the UK and on October the 2nd in the US. Although  the album was scheduled to come out on September the 17th, no reason has been given for the delay, but one possible explanation could be to avoid clashing with The Killers' new album "Battle Born", which was also released on September 17.
The name "The 2nd Law" refers to the second law of thermodynamics.The second law may formally concern the waste of energy inside a closed system, but it is also often called upon to explain the state of teenagers' bedrooms.
Album's first single is "Madness" and it's mad!

Album's sound is really different and songs not reminding the old ones..Alternative, electronica with a bit of dub-step.

I just listened the album for first time and I got goosebumps! No more to say.. Follow Me, my favourite!

Is James Blunt retiring from music industry?

On the 20th October of 2012, Blunt stated "To be Blunt, it's time for me to retire." He has sold 18 million albums worldwide and has been playing for overcrowded audiences during a year-long world tour, but James Blunt has revealed he plans to retire from the music industry.
He quits the music industry in order to spend idyllic days on his yacht in Ibiza.
"I just want to take some time out for myself", James told us at the relaunch of nightclub Barbarella in Fulham, West London. 

He added: "I haven't got any plans to do more songwriting. I have been chilling out since I finished my world tour and I've spent a lot of time in Ibiza, where I have a villa." 

He really enjoyed his first summer off in seven years with his girlfriend Sofia Wellesley.

Blunt said he enjoys the stunning scenery on the Spanish island, but at his 38 he is not too old to hit the nightclubs with his girlfriend, Sofia.
He added: "Sofia and I had a great time hanging out with friends on my yacht but we partied as well."
Also: "I do like a good night out and that is why it’s great fun to hang out at Barbarella. London needs more nightclubs like this."

James Blunt became well-known with his ballad "You’re Beautiful", which stayed at the top of the UK charts for five weeks. His debut album, "Back To Bedlam", sold 6 million copies. He has sold 18 million albums.He is the holder of two Brit Awards and received five Grammy nominations.

After a series of dates around the globe, Blunt has put down his guitar and may not pick it up again, reports "The Mail" on Sunday.

Ellie Goulding released her second album, "Halcyon"! ♫

Born on the 30th December of 1986, Elena Jane Goulding, her full name and known as Ellie Goulding is an English singer who also writes her own songs. In the year 2010, she became the second artist to both top the BBC's annual "Sound of..." poll and win the Critics' Choice Award at the Brit Awards in the same year, following Adele's win of both in 2008.

In the year 2010 Ellie released her debut studio album, "Lights".
Two years later, in late July, she announced the title of her second album called "Halcyon". So, in October of 2012 Goulding released her second album Halcyon, which was positively received by critics.

"On her new album, Halcyon, Ellie Goulding’s voice is really something special, imprinting everything she sings with unique character. Her tremulous vibrato and slightly hoarse timbre have the feel of something primal and folky, her birdlike high notes conveying a childlike wonder while darker tones imply ancient depths of sorrow. Her voice is special and i just find it soo sweet!! :-)

New album for the XX ! ♫

The XX: Coexist (2012)
The XX: "Another masterpiece of lush asceticism", writes Kitty Empire for the Observer.
Three years later The XX's second album is out and they are still introverts and they still make striking music. Romy Madley Croft, Oliver Sim and Jamie Smith may have stuck close to the template of their first album – Coexist is yet another barely there album in which the dawn seems far away – but it's hard to imagine anyone minding, so compelling is their signature sound. Platonic  soul-mates Madley Croft and Sim still trade lyrics about love misfiring, while their  school-friend (and now in-demand DJ, remixer and producer) Smith brings the desolation of  dub-step and the ghosts of distant raves to the mix.
"Instead of looking to express themselves in new, exciting ways they simply honed in on and attempted to faithfully recreate the things they have always felt."

I personally recommend it to you! Also, in the  iTunes Edition you will find an extra song called Reconsider which i really like, don't get it why it is off the album..
